Liquid Assets Coffee, Tea & Spice Co. was founded by
Fred Cashmere, owner and coffee roaster, in Boston, Massachusetts circa 1980.
The company moved to Upstate New York and continues to serve wholesale and
retail clients throughout the United States.

Liquid Assets Coffee, Tea & Spice Co. offers
only the finest estate coffees grown on smaller, well-established plantations
from the world's premier growing regions. Fred specializes in custom roasting
beans in small batches, using a cast iron, gas-fired drum roaster which allows
for the control of time, temperature and air flow to cool the roasted coffee,
all of which are crucial to the roasting process.

We custom roast all our coffees to order, then immediately pack and ship.
This hands-on approach allows us to give personal attention to each order we receive,
regardless of how large or small. We never pre-roast or warehouse our coffees.

offers a wide selection of the finest teas and tea blends available. Our list
of teas includes black, semi-fermented, green, herbal and flavored. All our
teas are sold loose and by the pound.
